Chris Penny and Team did not disappoint.  They were on top of it every step of the way.  At no point was I not able to get a hold of someone or feel like I didn't know what was going on.  The email feedback system was particularly impressive as it let you know not only how many showings you had and when but also how they went.  I liked knowing if the house was showing well and should there be something that was getting negative attention, I would have the opportunity to do something about it.  Anyways, I sold the house in roughly 6 days when many others were taking well over a month.  Would definitely list with Chris again!
